Nanny Coaching

Working makes you a better person and a better mother.

You know it’s healthy for your child to see you shining in your career, sharing your talents with the world. Even though she’s a baby now, she sees you being a leader, taking pride in yourself, and getting back up when things are hard. These are things you want for your child, too!

You love your job, and you also love your child so much you can feel it in your bones.

That’s why you want them to experience as much growth and learning as possible during the first few years.

I’m a working mother, so I understand the struggle.

You can’t stop wondering if your child is happy… or what she is doing while you aren’t with her.

You’ve picked a wonderful, reliable, kind nanny, but there is so much to know about taking care of a young child! Sometimes it’s hard for you, and it’s hard on your nanny, too.

, Unlike center-based early childcare programs, in-home nannies often don’t have access to important training to support their knowledge of child development and learning.

So, you can’t help but wonder…

How do you know that things are amazing for your child when you aren’t home? Is your child getting the absolute best care possible?

You shouldn’t have to choose…

I’m here so that you don’t have to choose between working and making sure your child has the absolute BEST care possible.

I can help you make sure your nanny or au pair understands how to maximize your baby’s developmental abilities through play and nurturing… and help them regulate their emotions through clear, calm, thoughtful guidance.

Even if your child has special needs like a speech delay or other developmental differences, your nanny or au pair can learn to meet their specific needs. I make sure of that!

I’ll teach your nanny or au pair the knowledge and skills they need for playing, building empathy, and supporting your child’s cognitive growth and language development.

This is a short-term, play-based, super-fun program!

I’ll meet with your nanny and child for 8-10 weekly online sessions (via Zoom).

This is a well-researched, scientific program. But what’s great is that, from the perspective and experience of your nanny and child, they’ll just be playing together! But that’s because play is how children learn the most. It might look like mere play, but your nanny or au pair will be using it strategically to maximize your child’s development in these areas:

Cognitive Skills

Like problem-solving, understanding patterns, and putting together cause and effect. This is the foundation for academic learning

Play Skills

Children learn through play. This teaches your nanny how to really get down on the floor with your child and support amazing, imaginative, fun play.

Behavioral Regulation

Little people can have big feelings! We’ll teach your nanny how to help your little one make sense of those feelings in a calm, caring way.

Language Skills

We’ll help your nanny know how to engage with your child in a way that your child can understand and how to help your child communicate in a way that other people can understand.

Emotional Understanding/Social Skills

We’ll help your little one understand his feelings and take the first steps to understand how his actions impact those around him and how those around him impact his feelings.

Don’t worry: You’ll be in the loop, too!

During these eight weeks, you’ll watch your child gain new skills, and you’ll watch your nanny understand their role in helping your child learn in a safe, playful, caring manner.

You’ll also receive copies of all the training materials and be able to ask questions.

Some parents don’t want their nanny to have all the fun. If you want to learn all the skills your nanny is learning, we can review the program together in a separate meeting.

I’ll send you a weekly email to update you with what we’re covering that week. That way, you and your nanny or au pair can discuss what they’re learning when you’re together at home.

It might seem crazy to invest in teaching your young baby these skills…

…or investing this money into your nanny. But remember, children start developing who they are from day one. You can help your child develop the skills to lead his best life from day one, with relatively no added work on your part, and helping your nanny have the skills to do their job well can help give you peace of mind, which is priceless.

This is a no-brainer.

This program is a lifelong investment in your child, helping them build the strong emotional and cognitive foundations that will help them achieve in school and beyond.
